Working with Christine was such a great decision! Christine sent me every listing that met my criteria and I could tell she truly cared about me & my daughter. I worked with Lauren N. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Very on top of everything the whole way through the process and extremely responsive, even after closing. If she can’t answer your question she will find the answer and does it quickly. Definitely recommend using her if you are in need of a realtor.
Tandra did a great job selling our house. She was very knowledgeable and came up with great ideas and strategies to sell the house. She helped us figure out the best listing price for the area and market. Tandra created a nice comparison sheet with all of the bids we received and walked us through choosing the best offer. She sold our house in 3 days for more than asking price! We were extremely happy! Tandra is professional, smart, outgoing and friendly and I would definitely recommend her.

The entire team was amazing! We live out of state and selling long distance would have been impossible without Matt and Bri. I began my journey in search for a new home but, didn’t know where to start. I would have utilized my mother as a resource, as she is a home owner herself but, she had been 30 years removed from the last residential purchase she made. I found myself troubled with the matter at hand and was contemplating on what step I should take next. I began with the first step, amassing my finances. Secondly, determining a bank to finance with, for this loan would begin an extensive, tumultuous, relationship; therefore, I prefer indebting myself to an institution with some semblance of merit. Thirdly, finding that mediator, who can sift through the jargon, illuminate my dimly lit excursion and usher me onto the proper path, a path only befitting for myself. Lastly, setting my eyes upon that home, which placed me under an aura of euphoria and finally consecrating our union with a mere flick of the wrist, a pen, and paper.This would not have been possible without the third step, my mediator, Mark Diviny of Keller Williams and his associates. The process was challenging at times, even maddening. Nonetheless, Mark was always available to offer a helping hand if necessary. I explained to him very precisely what it is I yearned for and he undoubtedly delivered. His poise, his resilience, his work ethic and dedication are all attributes for which I cannot take for granted. For without his counsel, I do not know what would have come of my efforts to purchase a home. The caliber of this gentleman is something that you must bare witness to yourself.

THIS TEAM IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. After a trying experience with another realtor, switching to Matt was a game changer. By the time we started working with him, my husband and I were down to a very tight window for finding a new home before having to vacate the one we'd just sold. Nicole Rufo is an amazing realtor and truly helped us with every step of the process. We were moving into PA from another state. Nicole helped us secure a short term rental (which was not easy to find at the time but she negotiated this for us) so we had time to move from NY to PA and find a home that was right for us. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable on real estate as a whole but knew the Philadelphia area so well. We were able to narrow down the towns we wanted to look at based solely on her knowledge and did not have to spend months driving around to find what was right for us. We bought a home during 2021. It was a crazy time. She was so aggressive as a realtor/negotiator we got the first house we put an offer on - which at the time was not an easy feat. What we appreciated the most is that she was never aggressive with us. As first buyers whom needed more time and education on house buying, Nicole communicated with us very effectively and explained in ways that were easy to understand for us.
