Contest Overview: This raffle contest ("Contest") is sponsored by the Home Experts at EXP Realty and Paul Zgalich at Rate ("Sponsor"). Participants have the opportunity to win a $1000 gift card to Capital Grille by referring qualified real estate contacts.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Participants will receive one entry per submitted contact that results in a qualified connection. Raffle contest is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter: Participants must submit complete contact information for individuals who may need real estate services. Required information includes: full name, phone number, email address, and what their real estate need is. Only original referrals will be accepted - no duplicate contacts from multiple participants. Submissions must be made through Sponsor’s form from Monday.com (https://forms.monday.com/forms/8da2d642d6444f4956d96751350aa073?r=use1)
Criteria for a Qualified Contact: An entry is only valid when the referred contact 1. makes initial contact with one of Sponsor's licensed real estate professionals, 2. engages in substantive discussion about their real estate needs, 3. is determined by Sponsor to be a legitimate prospective client (not a friend/family member submitting false information), and 4. must obtain a preapproval from Paul Zgalich of Rate if they are looking to purchase. The final determination of a "qualified contact" rests solely with Sponsor.
Contest Period & Winner Selection: The contest begins April 23rd, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and will end November 1st, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Winner will be selected by random drawing from all qualified entries and notified by phone and/or email within 7 business days. The Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond, an alternate winner will be selected. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.
Prize: One grand prize consisting of one (1) Capitall Grille gift card with a retail value of $1000 USD. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No prize substitutions will be allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize will be available for pick-up within 30 days of winner verification at 901 Fayette St, 2nd Fl, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
